How can I unpin boards and keep them up and until I ping them again? Or is the only option to completely delete the board and then have to re-create it when I need it again?

Hi @patricia - The Sublist (Board view) is automatically pinned to the top when you intially created the Sublist. Click on the down arrow for more options. You can unpin the Sublist or even archive it.
