Hi. I love Quire but haven't used ir for a while. Today, trying to use it again, I was showing it to my new coworker, and he noticed that if he accidentally reopens a task I had previously completed, my name and date of completion dissapear from history and is replaced as if he had completed the task now. I see that before if I completed and reopened tasks it all showed in history. Why did you change it?
Hi @claudiaburman - Thank you for reaching out to us. If a member reopens a completed task, in the task activity log, you will still see the activity history for the other member completing the task. Shown in the screenshot below.
If it's not the case on your end, could you please kindly sent us some screenshots of what you see in the task activity log to support@quire.io? This way, our Developer team can have a better understanding of what might be happening. Thank you for your help!
