Quire - Tareas repetitivas a demanda

Buenas tardes, Nuestras tareas se repiten a demanda del cliente (no tienen fecha de reinicio) y, dependiendo de la zona, cada subtarea le corresponde a una u otra persona del equipo. La idea es tener la Tarea creada, incluso con las personas asignadas y, a al recibir el aviso del cliente, desencadenar las tareas en el equipo correspondiente. Para ello no encuentro la manera de elaborar una "plantilla" de tarea a la que recurrir continuamente.

Hi @Jose_Esteban - Thank you for your feedback. I don't speak Spanish and I used Google Translate to help me understand your request. However, it didn't seem to do a good job... 😭 I would like to double check with you on what you are looking for so we are on the same page.

Are you trying to find a way for a task to repeat, when a customer sends in a request? And then it automatically get assigns to a certain member? What are your other expected behaviors for this feature?

If so, having IFTTT is in our consideration for our future improvements. After that's implemented in the future, it might be a solution to your request. Looking forward to your reply.
