Can't change status on Board while grouped or sorted by date

As per subject line, I'm unable to change the status of a task on Board mode while it's grouped or sorted by date. The documentation only mentions not being able to add or move tasks while grouped by "Create Per Week" and "Update Per Week" so I'm unsure if this is intentional or a bug.

Regardless, I don't see a reason why it shouldn't be possible to change the status of a task which is independent from the date anyway. I've found something of a workaround by using "Group By Due Per Day/Week" instead but it would be more convenient if the normal date modes worked as well.
