Total File Quota

Hi @papana - The total storage limitation for each organization right now is 200MB. However, users will be able to lift the limitations after we roll out our pricing plan in the future. there is a limit on the storage, you can find more on the website about it, it's about 200mb maybe? i don't remember, better avoid to use attachments for now, until they made up the pricing

Hi @brigita - Yes, if you delete some attach files in the tasks, then it will free up some space for you to attach more files.

Hi @brigita - The total storage space of 200MB is counted 'per organization'. When the attached files are deleted, the storage space should free up right away.

Hello, if we delete some of the old files, is the space going to be released and we can start uploading new ones again?

Hello @peggy we deleted some files (not tasks) 3 days ago and the space still hasn’t freed up. Is this normal? How long does it need to refresh the space?
