I created an account with the iPad app and can login without issue in Safari, however when I try to log in to the Mac app with Google, when the Quire app launches after Google login, it says "Unable to reach Quire. Please check your internet connection". Note that I have zero issues with my connection - everything else works great.
Hi @Alex_Neth - I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused. In order to better understand what might be happening would you mind answering the following questions:
- Are you using the Chrome browser to log in on your Mac?
- Could you let us know the browser version?
- Please help to provide some screenshots of the issue you are encountering. Thank you so much for your help!
