Bug: Android app allows adding filters with duplicate names

When in the android app, it is possible to create a filter with the same name as one that already exists. This is not allowed in web app for good reason. It should not be allowed in the android.

Thoughts... Upon further inspection it is also possible that the status definitions from My Tasks in the Android app are bleeding into the Project task lists view. The statuses in My Tasks are defined differently than the statuses in the project, but yet when I go to filter in My Tasks, It will show matching items from the project.
