Error on Duplicate task - reset TO-DO not working

When you duplicate a task, only the status will be reset. The information within the task will still be intact.

As for the shortcuts for duplicating a task is Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V.

I’ve just tried to reproduce your issue and when I duplicate my tasks, the tasks are reset back to the To-Do status accordingly.

Could you please let us know the following information to better help us understand what might be going on?

1. What browser are you using?
2. What project is having this issue? A normal project? Or is it happening in My Tasks?
3. What view are you in? (Tree, Board, or Timeline)
4. Are you duplicating the tasks via right click context menu? Or with keyboard shortcuts?
5. Please share with us some screenshots of the issue you are encountering.
