Hello
First, I would like to thank and congratulate you on the development of this platform. We are using Quire in the engineering department of an agro-industrial cooperative and it was the one that best served us. Since I don't speak English, I used Google Translate to write this feedback.
As we use Quire for a slightly different purpose, I would like to share some information that may help you to further improve this tool in the future, in addition to sharing some ideas and requests suggested by my colleagues.
Yes, I know that the main purpose of Quire is to use a project like ... well, a project. But here at work, we use Quire to manage the individual activities of each team member. Thus, a project is a person and each person acts in many activities and projects simultaneously: each activity is a "demand" and our demands can be of all sizes (from a small activity to a large project).
For us it is very important to be able to export the list of activities at the end of the month, as this file contains all the important information that goes to the board.
Some considerations so far:
1. It is possible to log two accounts: Some professionals liked Quire so much that in addition to using it at work, they are using it in a particular way. However, it is always necessary to log out of one account to be able to access the other.
2. Increase the level of privacy in the “guest” mode: be allowed to view only the tasks where the guest is responsible and not all project activities.
3. Unlink the status of the boards (it is possible to work with the boards independently of the status): this way we can customize the kanban boards and classify the tasks according to the needs of each one: project phases, cities, customers, suppliers, etc. In this way, the subtasks are not separated from the main tasks and two tasks "in progress" with different status can be in the same frame.
4. Automate the status calculation: in the main task the status could be calculated automatically based on the status of the subtasks. For example, if I have a TASK (main task) with three subtasks, each with the following status: 100%, 50% and 25%. My main task would be at 58% status.
@Monish Thank you for commenting. Yes, we are using tags to organize for now ...

Regarding point 3, I believe you can arrange items in the Kanban board according to their tags, as well. As a workaround for your issue, you can probably assign tags to each item and then arrange it by tags. @Ketlin-Milani

I endorse points 2 and 4
