Often, there are tasks as well as comments that warrant an emoji, however, it's no point adding a separate comment solely for that purpose. Reactions would help keep things clean as well as help convey thoughts more effectively

Hi @Monish - Thank you for your feedback. I also think that adding reactions to comment would be a great enhancement. I have added a note for this request internally. However, as I am aware, this request hasn't been prioritized yet. I will let you know when I get more information from the team regarding this feature.
