#4262: Quire Feedback

Hi guys, since I started working with a lot of users per organization, I would love to be able to regroup several users in "Teams" that I can massively assign to a task. Do you intend to implement something like that? At the moment I think that the closest functionality to my need is the one for external users.

At the moment, we don't have this function yet. I also agree that this would be a great idea and improvement to the workflow in Quire. I will pass your suggestion to our team and keep you posted if I get any updates from them.

If it's not too much trouble, could you please spare some time to write us a review on Capterra so that other users would discover about Quire as well?

Some questions that the Quire team is curious about regarding this feature request:

  1. Will 'quick assigning tasks to a group of members' be helpful for this? Meaning you don't have to add assignees one by one to a task. (In this case, the task will show multiple assignees)
  2. Or you are looking to 'assign the task to a Team'? Meaning you can set up a team beforehand, then assign directly to the team. (In this case, the task will show assigned to a team of members)
  3. Will the task be assigned to every member of the team? Each member can edit their own task, complete their own task, etc.
  4. Or do you think the task is assigned to a team? Each member within the team needs to pick up their work by themselves?
