Currently sublists are defined by explicitely including or excluding specific tasks. A filter, like for example "Tag:Bug" can be used while first creating a sublist, but it won't automatically add any newly created tasks with that tag.
At first I misunderstood it and assumed sublist would work as "views", like I expected it, and I could for example just define a sublist, that would show everything tagged "Bug" and auto-update. Only after playing around with it for a longer time I understood how it actually works, and that it doesn't do what I wanted.
Anyways, I believe it would be super helpful, if it was possible to define "auto-updating sublists"/"views". (I'm aware I can create filters and save them, but having the different views directly accessible as a "Tab" and being able to define different defaults for them (kanban/list/timeline) would be great)
Hi @Lissi_Michler and @md_noble - Thank you for your feedback! I also think this might be very helpful to project managing and can speed up the workflow somehow.
I will share your suggestion with our team and let you know if I have updates from them!

Hi @peggy is there any news regarding the auto update for sublist filters? This would be a very anticipated feature and working with sublists way more productive. Thanks!
