In my case, the ideal would be that the external team could create tasks in an exclusive tab in the project and that they could not see the other tabs. This would act as a backlog for the customer.

Hi @djalmir.mariano - Thank you for your suggestion! Below is our concern: If this feature is implemented, when an External Team member adds the task in the Sublist, do you expect the task to appear also as root task in the main List tab? Won't it be a little bit too abrupt? We would love to hear your thoughts and ideas. I will pass your suggestions to our team for more discussions. Thanks!

Hi @djalmir.mariano - External team members can only add subtasks under the assigned task and manage them. If this isn't the case on your end, please kindly let me know.
