Notificaciones Push

I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. In order to better understand what might be happening would you mind answering the following questions:

1. Please make sure you have enabled the push notifications for Quire app on your phone.
2. Please let us know if the same notification appeared in Quire for our web browser version; however, it wasn't sent as a push notification to you on your phone.
3. Which kind of notification was missing? (Please share some screenshots; you can send them to support@quire.io since this is a public forum.)

Lastly, please note that we don't have push notifications for our web browser version. You can add Google Chrome extension to get push notifications for web version.

maybe I explained it wrong. Notifications appear once I enter the app but they don't produce any sound. when I'm not using the app

Hi Lenadro -

I would like to double check with you again: Do you mean you are receiving push notifications from Quire (when the Quire app is not open), but they won't have any sounds (even though you have already enabled the sound option on your phone)?

Please note that when the app is open, there won't be any push notifications. Thanks for your answer.
