Hello,

I am still having issues on Google Chrome. If I go to incognito mode, I don't have the issues, but if I use regular Google Chrome, I can't toggle any of the start date or time options, I can't repeat anything, and I am unable to do anything in regards to the date or time.

Hi Rylee - In order to better understand what might be happening would you mind answering the following questions:

  1. The version of the Google Chrome.
  2. Please make sure you are logged into the same Quire account in the normal window and the incognito window.
  3. Your permission role in the project.
  4. Please send us a screen recording to support@quire.io so our team can have visual understanding.

Hi Rylee - I have passed your recording to our team. Could you please try to turn off all the Google Chrome extensions (chrome://extensions) and try again to see if the issue persists? Thank you for your understanding.

  1. The latest version of Google Chrome
  2. Logged into the same account (it's the only account I have)
  3. I am the owner of all projects
  4. I have emailed the screen recording and attached it here.
