Could you please let us know what you mean by 'set capacity by employees'? Do you mean you would like a way to set a maximum number of tasks that you can assign to a member?

So for example, if I have set 10 tasks for Erin, then if there are already 10 tasks assigned to her, other people cannot assign tasks to her anymore?

As for Time efforts for each task, this should be possible if we have Custom fields in the future. You would be able to create a new field and enter the efforts needed for each task. Thanks.

Hi Antony - Thank you for your feedback. You can see the workload for each member in their own profile page. Click on their profile icon in the sidebar Member section, then go to the Overview tab to view their progress stats. I hope this helps.
