Hello @quire, thank you for your work - it's a sweet piece of software so far. I'm thinking of adopting this planning my veggie farm. In crop cultivation one usually thinks in days the crop / vegetable needs to be finished. Therefore I am asking: Is there a possibiliy to choose the starting date from the calendar and type in e.g. 100 for counting 100 days on. I tried it out, but it doesn't seem to work. :-( Or did I miss a point? Happy to hear from you guys!
Hi Almut - Noted. I will let our team know about your suggestion!

Hi Almut - Thank you for having such a nice thing to say about Quire!
At the moment, you can only calculate days starting from today. You won't be able to set counting days from a specific starting date.
You can type Task name <+100> when creating a new task, then it will create a task with a due date counting 100 days starting from today.
Here's more information on our guide: https://quire.io/guide/inline-assign/#inline-set-a-date-and-time
However, I will pass your suggestion to our team and let you know if we have an update. Thanks!

Hi Peggy, Thank you for your answer. Ah, the plus-symbol was the missing information. And yes, being able to calculate from any day on will be a key feature in any planning ahead - in my case on a yearly plan of the fields. Think of all the other guys who develop recurring construction plans, etc. Being able to count from any point on would be a serious killer feature - in hours, days and weeks.
