[Feature Request] Allow setting icon/colour for custom filters

If you have many custom filters, searching for the one you want can be tricky.

It would be great if you could set an icon and/or colour in the same/similar way to how you can for sublists.

This request would work well with the suggestion to allow custom ordering of filters: #3176
