In the mobile app (and possibly the web), when navigating, scrolling, expanding and collapsing a long list, like this one, the rendering process takes some time. One possible way, is to use virtual list where hidden items are not shown and not rendered making transitions smoother.

Holding "page down" key for 10 seconds, then scrolling up using mouse for 10 seconds.

My issue is not prominent since I am having some above average specs in my device. But people with lower specs might notice it more frequently browsing a long list (like the feedback list). I will try to record a video later today, and send it to here for reference and to the support team via email.
