Divide this feedback list into sub-tasks

To a newcomer, this feedback list is ironic and sad. It exemplifies the way Quire can get awefully messy if people don't use its main organizing feature, which is endless sub-tasks.

This list needs a concerted effort to become a positive example of Quire's strengths.
