Quire - time blocking

Hi How can I block time for different tasks in my calendar (preferably Outlook, but I could switch to Google)? Ideally I should be able to write the number of hours allocated to a task and Quire would block out chunks of time in my calendar, which I could move to different slots - apparently TimeHero does this. If Quire could do this it would stand out from all other software I've looked at.
