Add other tabs (or additional sublists) on the Project Panel

Currently, the Project Panel has two tabs, List and Overview, with the option to add sublists of more tasks. What would be useful to have on the Project Panel are other kinds of tabs to add. For example, a tab for documents or files, a tab for internet links, and a tab for notes or messages. This complements the task level availability for these things found here on this side panel by providing a project level place for items that apply to the project in general instead of a particular task. In addition, there could also be a summary tab that lists all the files, links, and comments from all the tasks in the project with links back to the task it comes from (maybe place in Overview).
