Create parent/child relationship by dragging task onto task

Hey!

Really like this tool. One thing though that I find myself doing is try to drag a task onto another such that the dragged task becomes a child of the task that is being dragged upon... I hope that makes sense. I find myself sometimes trying to reorganise my tasks and redo the parent/child relationships. This functionality would be quite neat.
