Is there a way to narrow down the number of Feedback items being shown to only those that I created?

Hi Alvin - Please try using the filter bar to filter out only the Quire Feedback that you follow.
These feedback will automatically include the feedback that you created. (Because when you create a new task, you automatically become the follower of the task.) I hope this helps.
