Start and Stop Times in a Task List by Date and Time

I have a repeating Task that I want to show a Start Time and Stop Time for. The only way to do that is to have Start Date and a Stop Date even though they are the same. Let's call this an SDT2Task. I could live with that, except that when I list my Tasks by date and time, the list puts the SDT2Task below the others. I would like to see the list treat the Start Date and the Start Time as if the Stop Date and the Stop Time didn't exist, and if I display the list after the Stop Time, the Task would be shown as overdue. I hope I explained that clearly.
