I want to delete a project, but not the tasks in that project. How do I do that?
- You can move the tasks to a different project. Right click the desired tasks -> More -> Transfer to.
- Then, you can delete the project: Head to the project's options -> Advanced -> Delete project

I want to get the tasks out of the project (to my tasks) and not in another project. Is that possible.

I don't think I know a solution to your problem. If I understand you correctly, you want to move your tasks to 'My Tasks' but they shouldn't belong to any project.
This means your tasks wont be assigned to a project. The only way I know to create a task that does not belong to a project, is be adding an entirely new task to 'My Tasks'.
That's all I've got, it appears the feature you are looking doesn't exist ...

Hi Ben - Unfortunately, at the moment, there isn't a way to move the tasks from a project back to My Tasks. The workarounds would be what Tobias had suggested above. However, I will bring your feedback and use case to our team for more discussion.
p.s. Thank you, Tobias, for helping out with the question!

Hi, In the newest version, you can now transfer a task from a project back to My Tasks (Inbox). 🚀 Kindly let us know if there are any questions! Thanks!
