Just today I've had trouble adding a task from the edit field and/or adding another using the return key. Mostly works if I click the + icon to the right, but again not always. Feels like Quire has frozen or keyboard controls have temporarily stopped working? Had similar if not related intermittent issue trying to edit a comment, where the edit box wouldbn't open (and sometimes the pop-up menu would flicker up then immediately disappear, so I couldn't choose "edit"). NOTE: using firefox.

Hi Neil - Sorry for the late reply. I'm sorry that you are encountering this issue. I have tried to replicate this issue on our end but I was able to add tasks using the Return key.

Could you please let us know the following so our team could further investigate?

  1. Was this issue happening in a project? Or in My Tasks? Or a Smart Folder?
  2. Did you have any filters turned on? Please let us know the filter you were in.

Hi Peggy. No problem on the delay. Can't recall anything specific or unusual when it happened (just seemed to be a general issue with not recognising shortcuts/keystrokes. Has been fine since, so will let you know if it happens again.
