This would be optional, but you can add an "actual" and "planned" start/end date fields.
The use case is when you plan to start and finish a task on certain dates but you also want to track when it actually starts and finish.
This can help evaluate if the task planning is realistic or find causes for delays.

Hi Changez - In the Grid view, you can toggle on the option for 'Completed date'. It will show the date and time when the task is actual completed.
On the other hand, we are considering to add a new option for 'Task started date'. It will show the task that actual starts (the date and time that the task is set to 'In Progress'). We will let you know when the option is added. I hope this helps with what you are looking for. Thank you.
