Just be really keen to hear examples/what works for people? Thanks.
I apply start and end dates to parent tasks that roughly map on to deliverables, with child tasks being assigned to different team members. I also use labels to designate which 'kind' of task each is, some need work for functionality, others for polish. My team uses sublists to reflect our individual weekly goals. If I need a teammate to complete something this week, I'll add it to their sublist and maybe use the priority feature to deprioritize another of their week's items.

Can you clarify milestone in this context??

Any suggestions or examples anyone? Thx

Key stages, markers or deliverables in the lifecycle of a project that are more closely monitored to make sure everything stays on track? FYI spotted an article on Quire about something unrelated where they'd created tags for this, i.e. MS1, MS2 etc. Guess these could then be grouped or otherwise filtered in a given view e.g. timeline? Thanks.

That's really interesting, especially the use of sublists, thanks @CBroz. So it's effectively everything in a master project, where primary/parent tasks are the key milestones (aka deliverables?) with child tasks needed to achieve each of these underneath - is that right?

That's right. Team leaders are primarily in charge of the parent tasks, delegating subtasks to others either though moving them to sublists for immediate tasks, or setting assignees for things that can wait. Some sublists are generally set to the 'flow' view, so that the progress is reflected on the main list
