Hi!

A couple of things I noticed about my Sublists:

(1) The pinned order I set them on the browser isn't necessarily reflected on my Android app; would make better sense for it to be the same on both. (2) Some of my Sublists are private to me, while others are visible to other Workspace members, even though I don't remember setting them as such, and I can't seem change this status anymore. (Help?)

Hi Karen - Sorry for the late reply.

  1. The pinned order of Sublists are currently not synced among different devices and browsers. I have passed this suggestion to our team. You may refer to this thread #3514 for updates.
  2. When you create a new Sublist, you can choose to share the Sublist to project members or only visible to yourself. However, once the Sublist is created, you will not be able to change this option anymore. You need to create a new one (that is only visible to you) and delete the old one. I will pass this suggestion to our team and keep you posted if we have any updates.

Hi @karen.m.singson, I just wanted to let you know that in the latest version update, you can now change the sublist permission after the sublist has been created! 🚀

However, if the sublist is assigned to an external team, you still won't be able to change the sublist permission after it's created.
