Images uploaded to Description via Android app do not display on browser???

Hi Karen - I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We had tried to replicate this issue on our Android device, but the image attached from the phone also shows up on the browser version.

In order to better understand what might be happening would you mind answering the following questions:

  1. Did this issue happened before? Or is this the first time that happened?
  2. Could you please upload some other images and see if this issue happens to all of the images? Please try upload images with different sizes.
  3. Does this issue happens when you try to upload files from your phone?
  4. If after all the above, the issue still persists, could you please kindly send us a screen recording of this issue happening to support@quire.io? This way, our team can have a visual understanding of what might be causing the problem.

Hi @peggy ! Yes it was uploaded via mobile phone... Tho I did some more investigating myself, and it could have been because of a wonky Internet signal. No more issues concerning this atm. Thanks for all your help!
