Work in progress WIP limits and/or indicators

Is there anyway to currently get a sense of workload in Quire? For example, for any given status or timeframe, there would be a maximum amount of work any individual or time could realistically hope to achieve. In formal prject management (e.g. Kanban) this is often referred to as WIP limits.
