#4926: Quire Feedback
Status: Completed
Tag: Resolved

I am trying to import a CSV for my project. The only part not working is assigning a parent task. To experiment, I copied the name of the task to the column, Parent in the spreadsheet. All 4 of my tasks imported but I get an error "could not find task" then a jibberish name. (e.g. jkske2ie9r3cc).

Should the name of the column be Parent or something else? Is the ID column required? If so, how do I avoid number conflicts with tasks IDs that already exist in the organization?

I managed to get it to work. By having two columns next to each other called I'd. Putting child tasks into the right most "ID" column got quire to associate them as children.
