So I've had a Quire account for quite some time. I only just like 30 minutes ago noticed that after years of Quire being completely free with no paid options, you guys now finally have paid tiers.
So I decided to look at the pricing page and see what's what, and I noticed that things like Timeline, Grid View, Peekaboo, etc. are paid features (Professional or above).
Now obviously, since I only just barely learned that paid options were even a thing, I of course only have a Free account... and yet, I currently have access to these features.
So I'm just curious what's going on here. Is this some sort of bug?
Hi Chris - No, this isn't a bug. 😂 For the early adopters of Quire like yourself, the old organizations that you have created before we rolled out our pricing plan will remain free. This means that the now paying features (e.g. Timeline view, Peekaboo, External Teams, etc) will still be available for these Organizations without you paying anything. Also, the quotas that were created (e.g. the tasks, the members, etc added) will be free as well. However, you might hit the quota limitations in these old Organizations as you add more and more tasks, members, or projects overtime, then you would need to upgrade to a subscription plan to raise the limitations. Lastly, the newly added Organizations in Quire will follow our Free plan. Kindly let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!
