#4935: Quire Feedback
Status: Completed

I had a free plan prior to Quire becoming paid on August 17, 2021. Are there restrictions on the number of projects, tasks and sub-tasks that can be created with the free plan? Your web pricing for the free plan says 5 projects however I have created 8 to test this and there doesn't seem to be any restrictions. I currently use Todoist for funeral home calls and each call is a project with sub-lists. Quire also does this well (maybe even better...) but I don't want to start using anything that comes with obscured restrictions, which could complicate our workflow. Please advise.

Hi - For the early adopters of Quire like yourself, the quotas and features within the old Quire organizations that were created before we rolled out our pricing plan will remain free. You may check your organization quota in the Manage subscription page. Click on the organization in the sidebar first, then click on the down arrow next to the organization name at the top, then select Manage Subscription.

As you add more tasks, members, even projects etc overtime in these old organizations, you may hit the quota limitations. You would then need to upgrade to a subscription plan to raise the quotas. For the newly created organizations, they will follow our Free plan in the pricing page. If you have other questions about our pricing plan, feel free to reach out to info@quire.io.
