#4941: Quire Feedback
Status: Completed
Tag: Resolved

I have a task that repeats daily, to which a PDF is attached. This of course counts towards my storage, which it should. When I complete the task in My Tasks, it is not duplicated for the next day due to my quota being exceeded. However, I get no notification whatsoever that the task wasn't duplicated. This should not happen. How can I be sure my tasks show up when I have to complete them?

Also, I would like to delete old tasks of this recurring one, but I cannot find them, despite setting my filter to "All tasks" and setting the exclusion to "None".

Edit: Found the old tasks, weren't added to a subsection I thought they were. Another suggestion, maybe: How about a filter option to order tasks by size, to free up storage quickly?

Hi coderic - Sorry for the late reply! 😭 There should be a yellow tooltip when you complete the task and hit the storage limitation. This tooltip will stay there for a while until you click the x to close it. If this not the case, please let us know.

Also, I will pass your feedback to our team for internal discussions. We will keep you posted if we have any updates. Thanks!

Hi Peggy, no worries. There seems to be a tooltip, but strangely enough, it only seems to appear in the project the task is in, not in "My Tasks". So, when I create a task like this Sample task >project <today>, it gets created. then shortly vanishes, as it is transferred to the project. But the warning only appeared inside the project for me.

Hi coderic - I believe this issue had been fixed. The tool tip for hinting the action can't be completed due to task quota limitation should show up in My Tasks. Please refresh your Quire page to get the latest update and kindly let us know if the issue persists. Thanks so much!
