Is there a way we can do this? It seems to only sort by due date.

Hi Hunter - Sorry for not explaining clearly last time.
- When the task only has a start date, it will sort by the start date.
- When the task has only the due date, it will sort by the due date.
- When the task has both the start and due date, it will sort by the due date, because we assume the task is due and needs to be taken care of as soon as possible.
I will pass your feedback to our team and get back to you if we have any updates for sorting only by start date.

Can we get a secondary option to sort by start date? I see why it is urgent, but different tasks take different amounts of time. That is why we have a start date. Can you ask the team if they can add that option to sort by start date or end date independently?

Hi Hunter - We don't have an extra option for this. However, when a task has a start date, we will sort it by start date first.

Is that how it's suppose to work right now? Because even though these tasks have start dates, it is organizing them by due date. I attached a screen shot
