Many times, I have tried to drag a project to the last position, and it always goes to the second to last instead of the last one.

@peggy The problem still persists, but it's different now. It works functionally but the visuals are glitched still. The whole organization moves when I try to drag it down to the bottom. It is confusing still. Thank you for working on this.
