Give medium priority arrow a color or allow custom priority colors

We have changed the priority options to Urgent, High, None, Low.

Hi Christopher - In Quire, the Medium priority is the default priority set to every tasks you add. We made it gray because this way the priority arrow will not be too eye catching and be a distraction to you when you haven't manually set a priority to the task. Therefore, if you would like to change the color, you will need to change the priority to higher or lower level. I will pass your suggestion to the team and keep you posted if we have any updates.
