Hi Clint - Yes, for old users, you will still see an error when you hit the task quota limit. For each of the old projects created before our pricing launch, the task quota will differ depending on how many tasks you were using before in that particular project. You can either remove the old completed tasks or upgrade to a subscription plan to raise the task quota. Hope this helps.

So I’m def an old user, is that error correct then. Am I still at 1000? I have no problem removing old tasks, is there an easy way to do this? Or do I jus have to filter by complete and mass delete?

Hi Clint - Could you please take a screenshot of the message that you see?

You may navigate to the My Subscriptions page to view the quota you have used for each organization.

Please also note that for the old users of Quire, you will grandfathered into our loyalty program, which allows you to continue using the features and quotas that you'd been using in Quire before our pricing launched. However, if you add another member to your organization (which will change the current status on limitation for your organization) or create another new organization, you will have to follow our new pricing policy.

I've been using this for a while now, I don't remember seeing the a pricing plan, so I assume this is fairly new. When did you add the pricing launch?

Hi Clint - The quotas are counted per organization. You can only find the total quota used per organization.

We have launched our pricing plan on August 17th, 2021. The current task limits per project in the Free organizations is 1000 tasks. However, for the old users, you should be grandfathered into our old users loyalty plan which allows you to keep using the quota before the pricing launch.

In the Project's Overview page, you will find the total number of tasks that are in your project right now.

You may removed the old completed tasks to clear up some task quota so you will be able to new add new ones in your project. Hope this helps.
