Does the storage limits refer just to uploaded files? Or, does that also include the text typed into the tasks as well? Is there a way to visualise the amount of storage consumed?

Hi Ralph - It is the limitation all the attached files in your organization.
You may find the your total used quota in the View/Manage subscription page for your organization. Hope this helps.
