Quota Limitations

Thank you Peggy for getting back. My free plan is not allowing me to create more than 5 projects under my old organisation.Please find a picture attached

Hi Gayatri - Thank you for reaching out.

For old users, you're grandfathered into our Loyalty Program, which allows you to continue using the features and usage quota that you'd been using in Quire before we launched the pricing program.

However, if you add another member/project to your organization (which will change the current status on limitation for your organization) or create another new organization, you will have to follow our new pricing policy.

To view the current usage limitation, please go to your Organization and choose View subscriptions in the dropdown menu.

Hi Gayatri - I'm afraid for our old users Loyalty program, only the quotas (members or projects quota, etc) that you were using before will stay free. So in this case, you will need to upgrade to a subscription plan to lift the limitations.

There are other limitations too. Could you please look into the matter and allow me to have 10 projects etc in my old organization. Thanks

@peggy Okay ! On the organisation I had and the projects that I was using from before the paid plans were introduced, I had several sublist but now I can create only two and not more. I should be able to create atleast more sublists.
