Hi Herbert - Could you please let us know whether you having this issue on the web browser version or the mobile app? Please help to share a screenshot of what you see to help us troubleshoot.

For the web browser, please click the Board icon at the upper right corner of your task list.

For the mobile app, please tap on the List tab again for the Board option to show.

Last, please note that for My Tasks, the Board view is not available at the moment. Thanks.
