Hello, I'm asking for trivial information but I can't get it. With Quire Android app I can't download and activity attachement; when I press on the attached file the Android system ask me the app with which opem the file and not possibility to dowload (to Download folder for example). Am I doing something wrong ? Thanks in advance
At the moment I cannot supply screenshots, but touching a file.txt attached, Android propose a installed third party text editor, all browsers and else app, but not a third party file manager and the native Android file manager with which I can download the file. I don't know if it depends on my smartphone. Usually on other applications touching an attachment the app propose "Download", "Open with".

Hi Riccardo - After opening the attachment file with the third party app, you can download the file using the third party app to the Download folder. For example, if you opened a PDF file via Google Drive viewer, you should be download the file through that. Hope this helps.
If not, could you please include some screenshots of the reproducing steps? So the team can have a visual understanding of what might be happening. Thanks!

Hi Riccardo - I see. I have passed this request to our Mobile team. Downloading a .txt file is currently not supported in the Quire app.
A possible workaround is that you can open the .txt file with Google Chrome and sharing the link with another member, but downloading it cannot be done. When our team has more update about this request, I will let you know!
