Hi Ana,
The reason why you can still be using Quire Sublist and Timeline when you're not subscribing to any of the subscription plan is that you have been a Quire user and using those features before we roll out the Pricing Program. You can continue using those features for free in that organization. However, if you create another organization now, the newly created organization will be following our new policy for premium features.
