#5102: Quire Feedback
Status: Completed
Tag: Resolved

Hi Peggy and Quire Team,

I am using Quire for quite a while now and I obviously noticed quite a lot of changes in my account regarding unlocked or locked features. During the early stage / beta stage, I belive that the FAQ stated that beta for beta users Quire will remain free after official launch.

Of course I do understand that you cannot provide every most expensive feature to all of us beta users. I noticed though that I am now a free user with a small amount of "bonus" features that are still available. My question now is, can you provide a overview what exactly it is we beta users are allowed to use on the free plan? Where does this apply (For example I noticed that in my existing project I can add more than 5 "completion states", but if I create a new organization, I am limited to 5). And how long are you planning to grand beta users these bonuses before it will be downgraded into a "regular" free plan?

Many thanks for your time and answer! Best regards, Felix

Hi Felix - Thank you for your support. For the old users, you're grandfathered into our Loyalty Program, which allows you to continue using the features and usage quota that you'd been using in Quire before we launched the pricing program.

For example, before we have launched our pricing plan, your organization had been using the Timeline view, recurring date, and other now paid features. After our price launch, you can still continue using Quire with these usage quotas and features for free.

However, if you add another member to your organization, which changes the current status on limitation for your organization or creates another new organization, you will have to follow the new pricing policy. Hope this answers your questions.

Hi Peggy,

Many thanks for your detailed answer! That is exactly what I needed to know. Also, thank you to the quire team for keeping the promise of keeping features available for existing organizations.

All the best, Felix
