Hi Brian - Thank you for your feedback.
You can set a start and due date for subtasks. However, I think you are requesting a "Time blocking" feature, where our system automatically detects the date you have set and notifies you whether the timeframe has been booked or not. Unfortunately, we don't have this feature yet. I will pass your suggestion to our team and let you know if we have any updates.
