Hello,
We are trying to transfer a project, following the instructions provided (https://quire.io/guide/move-project/) from one organization (free version) to another organization (paid version) and it isn't working.
Please advise on how to transfer the project.

Hello Golda,
Thank you for your return, but I've figured it out... for users to be able to move a project from one organization to another, they need to be "Normal" or "Administrator" users.

Hi Nathalie, I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered this problem. Could you please share a screenshot of the error message that pop-up when you were unable to transfer the project?
Additionally, please note that Quire's subscription plan is calculated and based on the total member count per organization. This means that when transferring the project, the total members in the Free organization cannot exceed the total members in the upgraded/paid organization.
