Hi Mercedes, In Quire, Organization is like a large folder that gathers projects into one place. People you invite into an organization may have access to all of the organization's projects, but this depends on how you set the permission roles for the member.
You can make two different organizations for work and personal use. This way, your personal organization will not be mixed with your work organization.
