#5179: Quire Feedback
Status: Completed

Hi.

I was an original user and active promoter of Quire since early least year (when I setup Quire in my previous role at Cockpit Arts, before you introduced pricing/tiers).

Two questions: 1 - My personal account doesn't appear to reflect the original benefits of my early adopter status (i.e. appears to now be standard free account) 2 - I've just got a new role working for another registered UK charity and wanted to check what if any discounts/free account benefits you might be able to offer them? (We're just about to choose their first PMS and usual contenders are in the frame e.g. Asana, Trello, Airtable etc)

Thanks.

Hi Neil, thank you for reaching out to us! We have a discount program for nonprofits. Please check out this page for more information.

About the personal account not reflecting the original benefits, please note that the newly created organizations will follow the new Free plan on our pricing page. For the old organizations, the quotas and features that you were using before we launched our pricing plan will remain free to you. For example, the Timeline feature (now paying feature) will be available in your old organizations.

Hi Neil, you may fill out the application form for the NPO discount program and I can check with the team on how we can further assist you with your using scenario. Or if you have any other questions regarding our pricing, please write to info@quire.io. Thanks!

Thanks Peggy. I think the issue is that I created my personal account and then one for my last employer, where we used (and presumably still kept) more features. My personal account just seems to have the timeline, and of course the new org for my new employer just the free features. Shame I can't leverage the features I brought to my last employer through my personal account, as I'm a contract worker and support lots of NPOs, so now would have to dial back to basic free features again 😞
